Sustaining tenancies is about more than being able to pay the rent! Other key factors that influence tenancy sustainability include employability, educational opportunities, health and wellbeing and your life aspirations.

We are hosting this event with support from CIH consultancy to share their expertise and provide you with an opportunity to learn from others about how they have successfully helped tenants sustain their tenancies whilst protecting their rental income streams.
